Job summary

Etihad is inviting UAE Nationals to join the Cadet Pilot Programme. A two-year structured training path includes ground school in the UAE and abroad, flight simulations, and hands-on flying with mentoring from seasoned instructors.

Starting salary during training is AED 5,000 per month, rising after milestones to AED 16,667, then 24,000 and 39,853 as you progress to ATPL and Senior First Officer roles.

Qualifications

• Two-year structured training to obtain flight qualifications, with ground school in the UAE and overseas.
• Flight simulations and practical flying training with safety SOPs.
• Mentoring from experienced instructor pilots throughout training.

Responsibilities

• Undergo the two-year pilot cadet program, complete required licenses and ratings.
• Adhere to safety protocols and operate under supervision during training.
