About Our Client

Our client is a leading international financial institution with a strong footprint in the UAE.

Job Description
  • Assist in the preparation of high-impact pitch-books and presentation materials for internal and client-facing use
  • Build and review detailed financial models to support rating advisory and capital structuring mandates
  • Support in conducting industry research, peer bench-marking, and credit analysis to assess client positioning
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external agencies (e.g., rating agencies) throughout the transaction life-cycle
  • Participate in client meetings, contribute to deal execution, and ensure timely delivery of key project milestones
  • Monitor and track rating actions, market developments, and regulatory updates relevant to the region


The Successful Applicant
  • UAE National with a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, Big 4 strategy, or private equity
  • Strong expertise in PowerPoint pitch preparation and Excel-based financial modeling
  • Clear understanding of capital markets, corporate credit, and rating agency methodologies is a plus
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and organisational skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to work effectively under pressure
