Job Title: UAE National – Administrative Assistant
Location: Dubai, UAE
Job Type: Full-Time

Salary Range: AED 8,000 to AED 10,000

Reports To: Department Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented UAE National to join our team as an Administrative Assistant. The ideal candidate will provide administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This role is part of our Emiratisation initiative to empower and integrate UAE Nationals into the workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general administrative duties including managing correspondence, filing, data entry, and document management.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and schedules for the team or department.
  • Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional manner.
  • Manage office supplies and coordinate maintenance of office equipment.
  • Prepare reports, memos, and presentations as required.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Support HR and finance departments with administrative tasks as needed.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and communication.

Qualifications:

  • UAE National with Family Book
  • 1-2 years of administrative or office experience preferred (fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply).
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
