Job summary

Fareed Al Hassan Advocates 7 Legal Consultants in Dubai seeks a skilled Legal Researcher or Legal Assistant to join our team. You will conduct legal research, draft memoranda and notices, review case files and contracts, and support lawyers in case preparation.

You will follow up on cases through Dubai Courts, the RDC, Public Prosecution, and other UAE portals, ensuring timely progress. Strong Arabic language skills (written and spoken) are required; English is a plus.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Legal Researcher, Legal Assistant, or in a similar legal role.
Strong knowledge of UAE laws, legal procedures, and court systems.
Experience in handling and following up cases through Dubai Courts, Rental Dispute Center (RDC), Public Prosecution, and other relevant government portals.
Strong legal research, analytical, and legal drafting skills.
Ability to draft legal memoranda, notices, pleadings, applications, and other legal documents.
Proficiency in Arabic, written and spoken, English is a plus.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively as part of a legal team.
