Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of accounting experience in insurance, banking, or financial services within the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of accounts receivable processes, financial reconciliation, and reporting.
• Excellent time management, analytical, and IT skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Supervise preparation and maintenance of the accounts receivable ledger.
• Reconcile accounts receivable records with the general ledger.
• Assist in preparing management and financial reports.
• Compile and submit statutory and financial reports.
• Review and verify branch financial reports.
• Maintain accounts of insurance brokers.
• Check and reconcile premium registers.
• Support audit and compliance requirements.
