Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related discipline
• 8-10+ years of progressive technology leadership experience in global banking/financial services
• Regional experience in UAE/MENA banking environments and navigating regulatory frameworks (CBUAE, DFSA, FSRA, SAMA)

Responsabilités

• Lead cross-franchise technology initiatives and delivery orchestration across UAE and MENAP
• Engage regulators and manage internal/external audits and regulatory testing
• Advise business executives and product/operations heads on technology strategy and prioritization
• Oversee localization, data sovereignty, and regulatory technical controls for local platforms
• Own BAO for local applications and coordinate incident management for critical production issues
