Job summary

Manchester City Football Club in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a full-time football coach to join our UAE education programs. You will deliver high-quality coaching across age groups, foster player development and enjoyment, and uphold Manchester City’s coaching philosophy in a dynamic, multicultural setting.

The Role

You will join a collaborative coaching team delivering programmes that reflect Manchester City’s coaching philosophy, standards and approach. Working across a range of age groups and abilities, you will help create engaging, high-quality sessions that support both player development and enjoyment of the game.

Alongside delivery, you will contribute to the ongoing development of programmes by supporting session planning, reviews and continuous improvement. You will work closely with colleagues to ensure consistency in delivery, while also adapting your approach to meet the needs of different players and environments.

You will also play an important role in representing Manchester City both on and off the pitch, building positive relationships with players, families and local stakeholders, and contributing to wider programme activations across the region.

What You’ll Bring
