Al Futtaim Private Company (LLC) in the UAE seeks an experienced Sales Manager to lead a high-performing sales team across the portfolio and drive performance while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

You will coach and develop staff, implement sales strategies, ensure customer satisfaction, and manage data, processes, and regulatory alignment. Strong leadership and English communication are essential to succeed in our fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Sales, including 2-3 years in a supervisory role.
• Demonstrated experience in managing and developing sales teams.
• Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and sales techniques.
• Good understanding of customer service and customer satisfaction principles.
• Commercial awareness and general knowledge of financial and accounting principles.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform effectively under pressure.
• A persuasive, persistent, and results-driven approach.
• Strong English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day performance of the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Execute sales strategies and business plans to achieve agreed operational objectives.
• Monitor and evaluate individual and team performance identifying opportunities for improvement and taking appropriate action.
• Coach, motivate and develop sales team members to strengthen performance and support their future growth.
• Drive a consistent and high standard of customer service throughout the sales journey.
• Support the resolution of escalated customer concerns to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Ensure sales processes, customer data documentation and operational procedures are accurately followed.
• Keep the sales team updated on product knowledge and relevant business information through regular communication and training.
• Ensure sales activities are conducted in line with applicable policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
