A multinational engineering consultancy in Abu Dhabi is seeking a UAE Energy Maintenance Engineer responsible for managing asset maintenance in engineering projects. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Materials Engineering and at least 2 years of experience in asset maintenance management, proficient in mechanical handling software like Autocad and MS Office. Mission
The Maintenance Engineer is responsible for overseeing various aspects of asset maintenance within engineering consulting projects. This role involves managing project technical documentation, developing asset registers, implementing CMMS templates, creating maintenance plans, and workload planning. The engineer utilises mechanical handling software such as Autocad, Navisworks, SmartPlant, and MS Office to execute tasks efficiently. The incumbent is accountable for all activities related to assigned tasks and engineering activities associated with the project, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations.

Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Materials Engineering
Qualifications
Proven + 2 years experience in asset maintenance management, preferably in an engineering consulting environment.
Proficiency in mechanical handling software (Autocad, Navisworks, SmartPlant) and MS Office.
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
Familiarity with relevant standards and regulations in asset maintenance engineering.
