Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Delivery Manager to lead the design, development, and successful delivery of Intelligent Virtual Assistants (IVA) solutions, including voice-enabled applications powered by Generative AI. This role involves overseeing high-impact projects, including government and private sector initiatives, ensuring seamless integration of large language models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and cutting-edge AI technologies to deliver innovative solutions.

The ideal candidate will possess technical expertise and exceptional program management skills, driving innovation, aligning with client objectives, and ensuring the successful delivery of AI-driven solutions on time, within scope, and according to industry standards.

Responsibilities

1. Delivery Management: Lead end-to-end delivery of projects focused on IVAs and voice-based AI solutions across sectors.
2. AI & Generative Technology Integration: Provide leadership in integrating Generative AI, LLMs, and prompt engineering to create scalable virtual assistants.
3. Voice Technology Implementation: Oversee integration of speech recognition, NLP, and synthesis technologies.
4. Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
5. Cross-functional Team Leadership: Coordinate with AI specialists, engineers, designers, and analysts.
6. Risk & Issue Management: Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
7. Project Planning & Execution: Define goals, timelines, budgets, and oversee project delivery.
8. Quality Assurance: Ensure solutions meet quality standards and compliance.
9. Integration Management: Lead integration with existing systems and databases.
10. Progress Reporting: Provide regular updates to stakeholders.
11. Change Management: Manage scope changes and stakeholder alignment.

Minimum Qualifications

1. 15+ years in delivery management with a focus on AI technologies and managing large-scale projects in government and private sectors.
2. At least 3 years of hands-on experience with AI, voice technologies (ASR, TTS), NLP, machine learning, and frameworks like GPT, BERT.
3. Experience managing complex projects using Agile and traditional methodologies.
4. Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams.
5. Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
6. Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills.
7. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, or related field.
8. Certifications in AI, Machine Learning, or Project Management (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master).
