UAE Delivery Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Delivery Manager to lead the design, development, and successful delivery of Intelligent Virtual Assistants (IVA) solutions, including voice-enabled applications powered by Generative AI. This role involves overseeing a range of high-impact projects, including government initiatives and private sector projects, ensuring the seamless integration of large language models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and cutting-edge AI technologies to deliver innovative solutions.

The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with exceptional program management skills, driving innovation, aligning with client objectives (both government and private sector), and ensuring the successful delivery of AI-driven solutions on time, within scope, and in line with industry standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Delivery Management: Lead the end-to-end delivery of multiple projects focused on Intelligent Virtual Assistants (IVAs) and voice-based AI solutions across various sectors, including government and private organizations.
• AI & Generative Technology Integration: Provide hands-on leadership in integrating Generative AI technologies, including large language models (LLMs) and prompt engineering, to create scalable and intelligent virtual assistants that meet client requirements.
• Voice Technology Implementation: Oversee the integration of voice technologies (speech recognition, natural language processing, and synthesis) into IVA solutions, ensuring seamless and intuitive user experiences.
• Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients (both government and private sector), key stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with project goals, objectives, and timelines.
• Cross-functional Team Leadership: Coordinate with internal teams, including AI specialists, engineers, designers, and business analysts, to ensure successful project execution and delivery of high-quality solutions.
• Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify risks and issues across projects and create mitigation strategies to ensure the successful delivery of AI-based virtual assistants.
• Project Planning & Execution: Define clear project goals, timelines, budgets, and resources, and oversee the execution to ensure the projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client and industry standards.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure that all AI-driven solutions, including IVAs, meet high-quality standards, providing an optimal user experience and ensuring compliance with regulatory and ethical guidelines.
• Integration Management: Lead the integration of IVAs with existing systems and databases, ensuring seamless data exchange and compatibility with other platforms.
• Progress Reporting: Provide regular status updates and detailed progress reports to stakeholders, including clients, leadership, and cross-functional teams, ensuring transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
• Change Management: Manage project scope changes and ensure smooth transitions, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned with project adjustments.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum of 15+ years of experience in delivery management, with a focus on AI technologies (including large language models (LLMs) and Generative AI) and experience managing large-scale projects across various sectors, including government and private industry required.
• Minimum 3 years strong hands-on experience in AI and voice technologies (ASR, TTS), natural language processing (NLP), and machine learning, with deep knowledge of Generative AI frameworks and LLMs (e.g., GPT, BERT) required.
• Previous experience managing and delivering complex, cross-functional projects simultaneously & prioritize effectively, using both Agile and traditional project management methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Waterfall, Kanban) required.
• Demonstrated experience working closely with senior-level stakeholders across both government and private sector clients and managing multi-disciplinary teams to ensure project success.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Must be fluent in both Arabic and English to effectively communicate with a diverse set of stakeholders required.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field required.
• Certifications in AI, Machine Learning, or Project Management (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master) required.
