Job summary

Amazon in Dubai seeks a detail-oriented Business Analyst to analyze business problems, drive solutions, and document processes with strong BI and data reporting skills.

You will partner with stakeholders to automate and improve processes, ensure data accuracy, and translate insights into action using Excel, SQL, Tableau, and QuickSight. BE preferred; 1+ year experience required in a BI/analytics role; UAE Emiratization alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; BE preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in Excel and SQL.
• Deadline-driven team player with customer focus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail with ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Own the design, development, and maintenance of ongoing metrics, reports, analyses, and dashboards to drive key business decisions; ensure data accuracy.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and automate/enhance existing processes.
• Generate innovative ideas to improve work and learn new technologies and analytical techniques.
• Apply data/analytic frameworks to translate insights into business actions on the ground.
