Qualifications

• Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and manage contracts and business agreements.
• Provide legal advice on procurement, compliance, corporate, employment, data protection, and intellectual property matters.
• Conduct legal research, analysis, and prepare reports and recommendations.
• Support litigation, dispute resolution, and legal negotiations.
• Manage relationships with internal stakeholders, external law firms, and regulatory authorities.
