Job summary

JobCenter in Musaffah, UAE is hiring an Accountant (Indian) on a 6-month contract to manage financial transactions, ensure UAE compliance, and support budgeting and reporting. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, with UAE familiarity preferred.

You will liaise with internal stakeholders and auditors as needed. Visa sponsorship is available; remote work is not offered.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of accounting experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• Experience with UAE local accounting practices is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain financial records, ledgers and bank reconciliations.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Conduct month-end and year-end closing procedures.
• Prepare financial statements and reports for management review.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
• Ensure compliance with local tax laws and regulations.
• Liaise with external auditors during annual audits.
• Support ad-hoc financial projects as needed.
