Job summary

Work in USA seeks a Contract Accountant in Dubai, UAE to join our team for a short-term engagement. You will manage financial records, perform reconciliations, and prepare timely reports.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, at least 2 years of accounting experience, proficiency in QuickBooks, and strong English communication. Arabic knowledge is a plus; visa sponsorship is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum of 2 years experience as an Accountant or similar role.
• Proficient in using accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks).
• Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus).
• Attention to detail with high level of accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records including journal entries, account reconciliations, and general ledger
• Prepare monthly financial statements and reports
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and make recommendations
• Monitor cash flow and manage accounts payable/receivable
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures
• Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support decision-making
