Job summary

AAE FZE in the United Arab Emirates (Sharjah) is seeking a Business Development and Sales professional to identify and win UAE export customers for CNC machined components. You will develop focused account plans, generate enquiries through visits, referrals and networking, and build relationships with procurement, engineering, production and maintenance teams.

The role also covers technical sales and quotations, account management, and sales planning.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B sales or business development within CNC machining or related sectors.
• Proven track record of winning industrial customers in the UAE.
• Established UAE procurement/engineering network preferred.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and discuss materials, processes, tolerances.
• Strong English communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and win UAE export customers requiring CNC machined components across OEMs and oil/gas sectors.
• Develop focused account plans covering priority customers and opportunities.
• Generate enquiries via customer visits prospecting referrals and networking.
• Build relationships with procurement engineering production and maintenance teams.
• Convert enquiries into trial orders repeat orders and long-term supply agreements.
• Identify opportunities for welded fabrications alongside CNC machining offerings.
• Maintain ownership of customer relationships from enquiry through delivery and repeat business.
• Coordinate with internal teams for quotations and order handovers.
• Provide clear handovers of orders specifications and terms to production and quality teams.
• Gather customer feedback to improve service and identify further opportunities.
• Maintain records of activity enquiries quotations and opportunities in CRM.
