Reap HR in Al Ain, UAE is seeking 5–6 professional, well-presented, and customer-focused waitresses to join a premium hospitality client in Al Ain, UAE.

The ideal candidates will have cafe/restaurant or hospitality experience, excellent English communication, and a warm, welcoming personality. Roles involve two shifts from 8:00 AM to 12:00 AM, with UAE labour compliance, and company-provided accommodation, visa, medical insurance and transportation.

Qualifications

• Previous café/restaurant or hospitality experience required.
• Fluent or proficient spoken English essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Well-groomed, elegant and professionally presented.
• Willingness to work assigned shifts according to operational requirements.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and provide attentive, professional customer service.
• Present menus, explain offerings, and assist guests with selections.
• Accurately take and communicate customer orders.
• Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high hospitality standards.
• Ensure guests feel comfortable, valued and well attended to.
• Maintain grooming, hygiene and professional presentation.
• Prepare and maintain clean, attractive dining areas.
• Coordinate with kitchen and service teams.
