Job summary

REAPHR in Al Ain, UAE is hiring 5 female waitresses for a hospitality client. No prior hospitality experience is required; training will be provided. Candidates should be presentable, customer-focused and able to work 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM. Employment Visa and medical insurance are provided, with a weekly day off.

Salary ranges from AED 2,000 to AED 3,000 per month, with a self-arranged transport arrangement and the opportunity to join immediately upon selection.

Qualifications

• No hospitality experience required; training provided.
• Willingness to undergo training to perform duties.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Basic English communication preferred.
• Professional appearance and personal hygiene standards expected.
• Friendly, polite and customer-service oriented attitude.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and assist with seating.
• Present menus and take food and beverage orders accurately.
• Serve food and beverages professionally and promptly.
• Respond politely to customer inquiries and requests.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper table arrangements.
• Coordinate with kitchen to ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Follow hygiene, grooming and food safety standards.
• Assist with restaurant opening and closing duties as required.
• Attend training and follow operational procedures.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude during shifts.
