Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years of UAE banking direct sales experience is mandatory.
• Experience selling banking products such as Credit Cards, Personal Loans, Auto Loans, Islamic Finance, or other products.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell banking products, including Credit Cards, Personal Loans, Auto Loans, and other retail banking products.
• Generate new business through direct sales, referrals, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable banking products.
• Handle customer queries, objections, and follow-ups throughout the sales process.
• Ensure documentation and compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.
• Follow up on applications to ensure timely processing and approval.
• Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular sales reports.
• Stay updated on banking products, market trends, and competitor offerings.
