Job summary

Abu Dhabi School of Management is looking for an Adjunct Faculty member to teach the Introduction to Corporate Law course in the BScM program for the Fall 2026 term. The ideal candidate will have a Master’s degree in Law or a related discipline and university-level teaching experience.

This position requires strong knowledge of corporate governance and the ability to relate legal concepts to business practices. Excellent communication and analytical skills are essential.

Eligibility to work in the UAE and a valid residency visa are mandatory.

Qualifications

• Minimum Master’s degree in Law, LL.M., or a closely related discipline.
• Professional legal qualifications and admission to practice law (advantage).
• University-level teaching experience in Corporate Law or Business Law (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of corporate governance, commercial law, and business regulations.
• Ability to relate legal concepts to contemporary business practices.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
• Must currently reside in the UAE and hold a valid residency visa.

Responsibilities

• Teach undergraduate courses in Corporate Law and related business law subjects.
• Explain key concepts such as company formation, corporate governance, and legal responsibilities.
• Guide students in applying legal principles to business situations.
• Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain academic integrity and ensure alignment with accreditation standards.
• Support student learning through consultation or online platforms.
• Develop course materials including syllabi and examinations.
