Job summary

AI Management Institute is seeking to teach one course in Business & Management Foundations within the BScM program for Fall 2026. The role involves delivering undergraduate coursework, developing syllabi and assessments, and guiding students in applying core business concepts.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration or related field, has university teaching experience, and resides in the UAE with a valid residency visa.

Qualifications

• Must have a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related discipline.
• University-level teaching experience preferred.
• Ability to simplify foundational business concepts for non-specialist learners.
• Knowledge of case-based teaching and practical business applications.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Must reside in the UAE with a valid residency visa.

Responsibilities

• Teach undergraduate courses in Introduction to Business and Fundamentals of Management.
• Develop course materials including syllabi, lectures, assignments, quizzes, and exams.
• Explain key concepts such as business environments, organizational structures, leadership, planning, decision making, and management functions.
• Guide students in applying business and management principles to real-world organizational scenarios.
• Assess student performance fairly and consistently and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain academic integrity and ensure alignment with program learning outcomes and accreditation standards.
• Support student learning through consultation, office hours, or online platforms.
