Adjunct Faculty in Finance and Accounting – ADSM

To teach one course, Introduction to Finance and Accounting, in the BScM program during the Fall 2026 term.

Responsibilities

• Teach undergraduate courses in Introduction to Finance and Accounting, managerial and financial.
• Develop course materials including syllabi, lectures, assignments, quizzes, and exams.
• Explain key concepts such as financial statements, budgeting, cost analysis, time value of money, investment decisions, and financial management.
• Guide students in applying financial and accounting principles to business decision‑making.
• Assess student performance fairly and consistently, and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain academic integrity and ensure alignment with program learning outcomes and accreditation standards.
• Support student learning through consultation, office hours, or online platforms.

Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a closely related discipline required.
• Professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, or CFA are an advantage.
• University‑level teaching experience in finance or accounting preferred.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Proficiency with financial tools and software, e.g., Excel, accounting systems.
