Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
2–3 years UAE accounting experience is mandatory.
Strong knowledge of UAE VAT regulations and accounting principles.
Proficiency in Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or similar ERP systems; advanced MS Excel skills.
Fluent in English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

Handle day-to-day accounting activities and maintain accurate financial records.
Prepare and record journal entries, invoices, payments, receipts, and bank transactions.
Manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR).
Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Assist with VAT filing and ensure UAE VAT compliance.
Process payroll, staff reimbursements, and supplier payments.
Reconcile supplier and customer statements and resolve discrepancies.
Maintain the general ledger and support month-end and year-end closing.
Coordinate with auditors and provide documentation during audits.
Liaise with vendors, clients, and internal stakeholders.
