A leading consultancy in Dubai is seeking enthusiastic Typists and Cashiers. The role involves interacting with customers, processing orders, and updating customer databases. We are looking for an enthusiastic Typists and Cashiers:
Working Days : Monday to Saturday Timing : 9:30 6:30
Responsibilities:
Answer questions about products or the company
Ask questions to understand customer requirements
Enter and update customer information in the database
Take and process orders in an accurate manner
Go the extra mile
Requirements:
Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
Good Communication skills in English
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
