Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and process visa applications for employees and their dependents
  • Ensure all visa applications are completed accurately and in a timely manner
  • Liaise with government agencies, such as MOHRE, to ensure compliance with regulations and requirements
  • Maintain records and documentation related to visa applications
  • Keep up-to-date with changes in visa regulations and communicate any updates to relevant parties
  • Provide support and assistance to employees with visa-related inquiries
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient visa processing for new hires and existing employees
  • Handle any issues or concerns related to visa processing in a professional and timely manner
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in typing or office administration is a plus
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Typist for Visa Process with MOHRE background
  • Excellent typing skills and knowledge of typing software
