Job summary

Tribute is the leading monetization platform on Telegram, enabling over 60k creators to earn through donations, subscriptions, and digital content.

We are seeking a social media & community specialist to own the Twitter/X account end-to-end, develop content strategy, engage with influencers, and experiment with growth tactics.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in social media, community management, or content.
• Strong understanding of Twitter culture, algorithms, and discovery mechanics.
• Excellent written English with a natural, non-corporate tone.
• Confidence communicating directly with influencers and online communities.
• Proactive, experimental mindset and ability to work independently.
• Comfortable working with adult-focused products and creators.
• Experience in the creator economy, AI, Web3, or SaaS is a plus.
