We are a UAE-based tutoring service helping students in Grades 1–12 thrive in English, Math, and Science — primarily through personalized, in-home tutoring sessions.

Role Description:

We are looking for passionate and committed Private Tutors to join our growing team on a part-time basis. As a tutor with Pearl Path Tutors, you’ll travel to students’ homes and deliver high-quality instruction in your area(s) of expertise. As we grow, so can you. We provide ongoing support, opportunities to lead, and recognition for tutors who go the extra mile.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and personalized lessons in your subject(s)
• Adapt teaching methods to suit individual learning styles
• Track student progress and provide regular feedback
• Communicate professionally with parents and Pearl Path administration
• Maintain punctuality and professionalism during home visits

Requirements:

• Must have 1 year tutoring or teaching experience
• Must have at least 1 Teaching qualification
• Must have a driver's license
• Must be based in the UAE with valid ID/residency
• Strong command of subject(s) taught (Maths, English, Science, etc.)
• Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
• Friendly, patient, and professional demeanour
