Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Tutor for our office in Sharjah to support the learning of our students through high quality teaching. The successful candidate will have an excellent understanding of the subject matter, strong communication skills, and be committed to providing a positive learning environment. This position offers an attractive salary of 1400 AED per month and is open to both residents and immigrants.

Responsibilities

1. Develop course material and lesson plans that fit the needs of individual students
2. Provide instruction to individuals or small groups of students by using a variety of teaching techniques
3. Assess student progress on a regular basis by utilizing tests, quizzes, and other assessment tools
4. Encourage student participation and engagement in classroom activities

Qualifications

1. A Bachelor's degree in Education or related field is preferred but not required
2. Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is desirable
3. A minimum of two years’ experience working as a Tutor is preferred
4. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
