Tutor Position – Abu Dhabi

We are looking for an experienced Tutor to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate should have the ability to teach and the desire to help students progress in their studies. We are offering a competitive salary of 900 per month and are open to considering foreigners for this role.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a passion for helping others learn, and the ability to explain ideas clearly and effectively. They should also have the capacity to assess student's knowledge accurately, set learning goals for them, and use various teaching methods to keep them engaged.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop lesson plans according to the needs of each student
2. Assess student's knowledge level and adapt teaching accordingly
3. Monitor progress of each student throughout their course
4. Provide guidance on how best to approach learning material
5. Motivate students to reach their full potential
6. Identify areas of improvement for each student's learning process
7. Attend meetings with tutoring staff or parents as needed

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a Tutor or Teacher in any field
2. Ability to explain complex topics in a simplified way
3. Patience and understanding when dealing with students of any age
4. Excellent organizational skills
5. Proficiency in English is essential, other languages preferred but not required
