Expected:

  • Diploma or Degree in Engineering, IT, or related field (or relevant industry experience).
  • Experience working in oil & gas construction or EPC / EPCM project environments.
  • Proficient in completions management systems such as WinPCS, Omega CMS, Aconex, or similar.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with mechanical completion, pre-commissioning, and commissioning workflows.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Understanding of project turnover, documentation control, and QA / QC processes.
  • Previous experience in a Turnover System Administrator or Completions Coordinator role.
  • Knowledge of industry codes and standards (e.g., API, ASME, ISO).
  • Experience in large-scale oil & gas projects (onshore / offshore).
