Wood is seeking an experienced Turnover & Completions administrator in Abu Dhabi to manage data, track punch lists, and coordinate handover dossiers for ADNOC projects. You will maintain ITRs, MC dossiers, and SCCs using Go Technology systems, ensuring compliant documentation and timely submissions.
Required are a Diploma or Bachelor’s in Engineering or Business Administration and extensive experience in oil & gas EPC turnover.
To provide administrative and system support to the Turnover & Completions (T&C) team by managing, tracking, and maintaining project completion data within Go Technology systems. The role ensures accurate compilation, verification, and handover of project documentation in line with ADNOC standards, facilitating a smooth and compliant transition from construction to commissioning and final handover. Administer and maintain the Turnover & Completions database using Go Technology (e.g., Go-Completes, Go-Track, or similar systems) Coordinate the preparation, tracking, and close-out of Mechanical Completion (MC) dossiers and System Completion Certificates (SCC) Ensure all project documentation is compiled, validated, and uploaded in accordance with ADNOC and project specifications Monitor system progress, generate reports, and provide status updates on completions, punch lists, and handover milestones Interface with engineering, construction, QA/QC, and commissioning teams to ensure timely submission and closure of documentation Track and manage punch lists (A/B/C categories) and ensure proper closure prior to system handover Maintain accurate records of inspection test records (ITRs), redline markups, as-built drawings, and vendor documentation Support the preparation and submission of handover dossiers to the client in line with project requirements Ensure compliance with ADNOC standards, project procedures, and document control protocols Assist in audits, system walkdowns, and completions reviews as required Identify gaps or inconsistencies in documentation and coordinate corrective actions Provide administrative support for completions meetings, reporting, and stakeholder coordination

Expected:
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline
Minimum 10 years of experience in Turnover & Completions within Oil & Gas EPC projects, preferably with ADNOC
Proven experience working with Go Technology systems (Go-Completes, Go-Track, Go-Commissioning, etc.)
Familiarity with Mechanical Completion, Pre-commissioning, and Commissioning processes
Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of T&C processes, systemization, and handover procedures
Experience managing ITRs, punch lists, dossiers, and completions databases
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and document management systems.
Competencies : Strong attention to detail and data accuracy Excellent coordination and communication skills Ability to work under pressure and meet strict project deadlines Good organizational and reporting capabilities.
Additional Requirements:
Prior ADNOC project experience is highly preferred Immediate availability or short notice period is advantageous.
