The Turnaround Engineer will connect technical stakeholders, maintenance teams, procurement, engineering, contractors, vendors, and OEM specialists. Strong planning and execution monitoring will help ensure that equipment objectives are achieved before the facility returns to service.
Applicants should hold a degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or another relevant technical qualification. A minimum of five years of professional experience is required, including at least two to three years working in technical projects or maintenance. The successful candidate should understand plant turnaround preparation, equipment maintenance scopes, technical contracting, contractor evaluation, field-execution monitoring, HSE requirements, and project close-out. Strong planning, stakeholder coordination, risk awareness, reporting, and follow-up capabilities are essential. Applicable professional certifications will provide an advantage.
