Responsibilities

• Ensure staff work as a team to deliver optimum service to guests.
• Inspect grooming, attire, equipment, and safety; rectify deficiencies.
• Complete opening and closing duties, inventories, and supply needs.
• Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, coaching and evaluations.
• Maintain safety policies, protect assets, and ensure guest satisfaction.
