Turbocharger Technician

Job Responsibilities

1. Maintenance, repair, and execution of all MAN Diesel Turbocharger activities.
2. Supervision of subordinates.
3. Responsible for safety and quality related to Turbocharger activities.
4. Occasional worldwide work, including the Middle East.
5. Perform work safely and accurately according to verbal and written instructions and drawings provided by the company.
6. Aim to achieve the highest possible work efficiency.
7. Regularly inspect the condition and availability of equipment and tools needed for maintenance.
8. Prepare and arrange tools and spares for upcoming maintenance.

Qualifications

• Comparable vocational education with extensive related work experience or equivalent.
• Detailed understanding of the technical and commercial aspects of the business.
• At least 3 years of experience as a technician/engineer, preferably in heavy equipment manufacturing or machinery.
• Demonstrated engineering approach.
• Ability to follow instructions.
• Excellent skills in areas outlined in the competence profile.
• Cooperative and team-oriented attitude.
• Strong interpersonal and intercultural skills.
• Good coordination, organization, and communication skills.
• High ethical standards and integrity.
