Job summary

The Boring Company in Dubai, UAE is seeking a Construction Manager to lead resource planning, coordinate multi‑discipline teams, and own engineering input for tunnel projects. The role requires strong leadership, detailed coordination, and clear communication with clients and stakeholders to drive progress and ensure schedules are met.

Candidates should have extensive tunnel design and project management experience, with the ability to work in office setups and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Experience working with government and local agencies.
• 10+ years of experience in tunnel design and/or project management.

Responsibilities

• Leading resource planning and coordination.
• Developing engineering concepts, and articulation to the team.
• Working as part of a multi-discipline team to deliver project input.
• Project management and ownership of the engineering input into the project.
• Ability to coordinate with different teams, both within The Boring Company and externally.
• Liaising with the client, attending progress meetings and producing reports on progress.
• Providing expert engineering input into design; and evaluation of built environment proposals.
• Monitor construction schedules.
