Job summary

CHINA RAILWAY 18TH BUREAU GROUP LLC DUBAI is hiring an experienced Land Surveyor to join our construction team in Dubai. You will conduct site surveys, set-out works, establish control points, and prepare as-built surveys to support critical construction activities.

Qualified applicants hold a Diploma or Bachelor's in Surveying or Civil Engineering, with a minimum of 3 years on building projects, and are proficient in Total Station, GPS, Auto Level, and AutoCAD. UAE experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in building construction projects.
• Proficient in using Total Station, GPS, Auto Level, and AutoCAD.
• Good understanding of construction drawings and survey procedures.
