Job summary

InstaCreative India seeks an experienced Land Surveyor to join our Dubai team. You will conduct land surveys using total stations, GPS, and laser scanners, and prepare detailed maps and reports for construction projects.

You will read blueprints and collaborate with engineers to ensure data accuracy. The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in surveying and at least 3 years of UAE experience, with strong English communication skills and a commitment to safety on site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years experience as a Land Surveyor in the UAE.
• Proficient in surveying equipment such as total stations, GPS, and laser scanners.
• Familiarity with CAD software and other mapping tools.
• Ability to read blueprints and understand construction plans.
• Excellent communication skills in English.

We are in need of a skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Dubai. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys to determine precise locations and measurements of land features. You will also be responsible for preparing survey reports and providing accurate data for construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct land surveys using various equipment such as total stations, GPS, and laser scanners
• Interpret survey data and create detailed maps, plans, and reports
• Identify boundaries, topographical features, and other essential information for construction projects
• Communicate with project managers and engineers to ensure accuracy and completeness of survey results
• Utilize biometric passport technology to access sensitive areas for surveying purposes
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while conducting surveys on construction sites

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field
• Minimum of 3 years experience as a Land Surveyor in the UAE

Salary

We offer a competitive salary of 1300$ per month for this position. Additional benefits such as medical insurance will be provided.
