Job summary

Linea Projects in Dubai is seeking a Land Surveyor to perform site surveys, set-out operations, and coordinate with site teams to ensure precise execution of foundations, columns, walls and slabs. You will work with Total Station, Auto Level, and GPS/GNSS instruments, read drawings, and verify elevations on construction sites.

The role requires 2–3 years UAE experience in construction and a diploma or degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of UAE experience in the construction industry.
• Previous experience with a main contracting or building construction company is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Carry out site surveys and setting-out activities for construction projects.
• Establish and verify site coordinates, benchmarks, levels, and reference points.
• Perform setting out for foundations, columns, walls, slabs, and other structural elements.
• Operate surveying equipment, including Total Station, Auto Level, and GPS/GNSS instruments.
• Read and interpret construction drawings and coordinate with site engineers to ensure accurate execution.
• Conduct as-built surveys and maintain accurate survey records and reports.
• Verify dimensions, alignments, and elevations in accordance with approved drawings and project specifications.
• Coordinate with project and site teams to resolve surveying discrepancies.
