nbsp Project SAP S 4HANA Transformation Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Tricentis Testing Lead to join a large-scale SAP S 4HANA transformation programme in the UAE The successful candidate will take ownership of the testing strategy and delivery across the programme with a particular focus on Tricentis Tosca automation SAP testing and end-to-end business process validation This is a hands-on leadership role working closely with the SAP programme team functional workstreams business stakeholders and systems integration partner

Key Responsibilities

• Own and lead the overall SAP testing strategy and approach across the S 4HANA programme
• Lead the implementation and use of Tricentis Tosca for automated testing
• Define and manage SIT UAT regression and end-to-end testing cycles
• Develop automation strategies covering SAP S 4HANA and integrated applications
• Work closely with SAP functional leads to identify and prioritise automation opportunities
• Manage test planning execution defect management and reporting
• Coordinate testing activities across multiple workstreams teams and locations
• Establish testing standards governance processes and quality controls
• Work with the SI and business teams to ensure testing milestones are achieved
• Support test data and environment planning
• Provide regular reporting on testing progress risks defects and overall readiness
• Lead and mentor testing and automation resources

Experience Required

• Strong experience leading testing on SAP S 4HANA programmes
• Significant hands-on experience with Tricentis Tosca
• Proven experience developing and implementing test automation frameworks
• Experience across large-scale SAP transformation or rollout programmes
• Strong understanding of SAP end-to-end business processes and integration testing
• Experience across SIT UAT regression and end-to-end testing
• Experience working with SI partners and large complex programme teams
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Previous experience leading distributed testing teams

• Tricentis Tosca certification
• Experience integrating Tosca with Azure DevOps
• Jenkins or other CI CD tools
• Experience testing SAP integrations
• APIs and non-SAP applications
• Experience on large transformation programmes within the Middle East GCC
• Previous UAE or wider GCC project experience

Ideal Background

The ideal candidate will be someone who has already worked on large SAP S 4HANA transformations understands the complexities of testing integrated SAP landscapes and can combine Tosca technical expertise with the leadership required to run a programme-wide testing function Strong experience leading testing on SAP S/4HANA programmes.
