Job summary

Sentior, Ltd. is seeking a Tricentis Testing Lead in the UAE to own the testing strategy for a large SAP S/4HANA transformation, with a focus on Tricentis Tosca automation and end-to-end validation of business processes.

The role is a hands-on leadership position coordinating with SAP programme teams, functional streams, business stakeholders, and SI partners across locations. A strong background in SAP testing and automation is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience leading SAP S/4HANA testing programmes.
• Hands-on experience with Tricentis Tosca automation.
• Proven track record building and deploying test automation frameworks.
• Experience across large-scale SAP transformation or rollout programmes.
• Strong understanding of SAP end-to-end business processes and integration testing.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead the overall SAP testing strategy and approach across the S/4HANA programme.
• Lead the implementation and use of Tricentis Tosca for automated testing.
• Define and manage SIT, UAT, regression and end-to-end testing cycles.
• Develop automation strategies covering SAP S/4HANA and integrated applications.
• Work closely with SAP functional leads to identify and prioritise automation opportunities.
• Manage test planning, execution, defect management and reporting.
• Coordinate testing activities across multiple workstreams, teams and locations.
• Establish testing standards, governance, processes and quality controls.
• Work with SI and business teams to ensure testing milestones are achieved.
• Support test data and environment planning.
• Provide regular reporting on testing progress, risks, defects and overall readiness.
• Lead and mentor testing and automation resources.
