Job summary

I-Novate Arabia DMCC seeks a QA & Testing Specialist to own end-to-end QA across enterprise applications, define test strategy, automate where possible, and ensure release quality. You will lead functional, SIT, UAT, API and database testing, and govern Tosca automation for SAP modules.

Collaborate with DevOps and QA teams to embed AI-assisted QA practices, establish quality gates, and create executive dashboards tracking defects, leakage, and coverage.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of QA/testing experience
• Experience in test automation and release assurance
• Experience enabling DevOps and AI-assisted QA practices

Responsibilities

• Define QA/SQA strategy, master test plans, scope, criteria, reviews and risk-based quality gates
• Lead functional, SIT, UAT, regression, end-to-end, API and database testing
• Build and govern Tosca automation for SAP modules; manage requirements, execution and defects via qTest
• Integrate Tosca/qTest results with DevOps pipelines and release reporting
• Lead defect triage, root-cause discussions, severity/priority decisions, retesting and closure
• Assess release readiness using test evidence, failed tests, open defects, residual risks and business impact
• Ensure requirements testability and traceability from requirement to test, automation, defect and release evidence
• Coordinate environments, application versions, integrations, test accounts and compliant test data
• Create executive dashboards for execution, defects, leakage, automation coverage, regression health and quality trends
• Apply PM processes for planning, schedule, risk, issue and change control; work with internal PM, functional and project teams to ensure smooth project delivery

QA & TESTING SPECIALIST

ROLE PURPOSE:

Own end-to-end quality Assurance across enterprise applications by defining test strategy, automation, governance, risk-based assurance and measurable release quality. Lead testing across the software lifecycle while enabling DevOps, SQA processes, project management controls and AI-assisted QA practices.

CORE ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Define QA/SQA strategy, master test plans, scope, estimates, entry/exit criteria, reviews, audits and risk-based quality gates.
• Lead functional, SIT, UAT, regression, end-to-end, API, database and production-verification testing.
• Build and govern Tosca automation for SAP S/4HANA, SAP Fiori, SAP ECC and SAP GUI; manage requirements, execution and defects through qTest.
• Integrate Tosca automation and qTest results with DevOps pipelines, quality gates and release reporting.
• Lead defect triage, root-cause discussions, severity/priority decisions, retesting and closure.
• Assess release readiness using test evidence, failed tests, open defects, residual risks and business impact.
