Rakbank is seeking a seasoned Treasury Finance professional to own the daily P&L, validate movements and provide commentary on performance. You will analyze valuation movements, support accounting for FX, fixed income, money market instruments and derivatives, and drive improvements across ERP, FIS and Treasury systems.

You will lead month- and quarter-end closes, strengthen balance sheet substantiation, and develop Treasury dashboards for senior Finance leadership while ensuring robust controls

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant (CA/ACA/ACCA/CPA) or equivalent.
• Experience in Treasury Finance, Product Control or Financial Control in banking.
• Knowledge of IFRS accounting requirements and fair value concepts.
• Experience with Treasury P&L analysis and valuation.
• Strong balance sheet substantiation and reconciliations.
• Experience with Treasury and Finance systems.
• Understanding banking regulatory requirements and financial control environments.
• Analytical, detail-oriented with strong communication.
• CFA progression advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Own the daily P&L: review and explain Treasury P&L movements.
• Analyse valuation movements and trading income drivers.
• Oversee treasury balance sheet substantiation and reconciliations.
• Support accounting treatment of Treasury products (FX, fixed income, money market, derivatives, hedging).
• Support IFRS implementation impacting Treasury activities.
• Review month-end and quarter-end Treasury reporting.
• Participate in new Treasury product approvals with accounting input.
• Support ERP, FIS and Treasury system enhancements.
• Maintain Treasury Product Control SOPs and controls.
• Support ICFR, Internal/External Audit requirements.
• Develop Treasury dashboards and management reporting.
• Be Finance SME on Treasury accounting and Product Control.
