Job summary

Quest Oracle Community in Dubai seeks an ACCA/ACA/CIMA qualified accountant to lead internal controls and accounting for treasury products, including FX and derivatives, across the region.

The role covers IFRS 9, hedge accounting, audit support, regulatory reporting, and process automation, offering regional exposure and strong career progression in a technical finance environment.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA, CIMA or equivalent).
• Experience in financial control or product control within banking.
• Knowledge of treasury products (FX, derivatives; hedge accounting).
• Strong IFRS, particularly IFRS 9 understanding.
• Experience with financial systems (e.g. Oracle GL) is beneficial.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support development of the internal controls framework across the region.
