Job summary

Ajax Systems, a leading international technology company and the largest developer and manufacturer of Ajax security systems, is seeking a new team member in Dubai to strengthen our finance operations.

You will review payment requests, prepare registers, interact with banks, and coordinate with internal departments. The role requires Economics/Finance education and strong English, with growth opportunities in a fast-moving UAE tech environment.

Qualifications

Higher education in Economics or Finance completed.
Knowledge and understanding of accounting principles.
English proficiency for confident business communication with banks and colleagues.
Result-oriented mindset and strong corporate communication skills.
Ability to work under stress and multitask effectively.

Responsibilities

Reviewing and controlling payment requests for budget-related payments.
Preparing and generating payment registers for processing through Group companies’ Client-Bank systems.
Processing and recording bank statements in ERP SAP.
Preparing and submitting document packages to banks for account opening and card issuance.
Interacting with banking institutions and providing required responses.
Coordinating with the company’s structural departments.
Performing other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
