Treasury Officer

ZMI Holdings is expanding its finance team and looking for a detail-oriented and driven Treasury Officer to join us in Abu Dhabi.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle treasury transactions, payments, and bank reconciliations
• Liaise with banks regarding transactions, credit facilities, and documentation
• Ensure compliance with internal treasury policies and controls
• Support financial audits related to treasury operations
• Maintain records related to bank accounts, guarantees, and credit facilities
• Prepare documentation for new bank accounts, KYC updates, and facility renewals
• Maintain treasury records, including bank statements, payment confirmations, and facility documents

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• 2–4 years of experience in treasury, finance, or banking
• Strong understanding of cash management and banking operations
• Proficiency in MS Excel and financial systems
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Prior experience in the UAE and marine/offshore industry is a plus
