We are hiring a Treasury Manager for our client – an international commodity trading company headquartered in Dubai and operating in more than eight countries.

The Treasury Manager will be responsible for overseeing and facilitating all treasury operations, including payments, transfers, cash management, and debt management , ensuring efficient financial transactions and optimal liquidity across the group.

Main Responsibilities :

• Manage daily account statements and payment processing in line with internal procedures
• Review supporting documents and record invoices in the ERP system
• Generate payment lists and initiate transactions via e-banking, SWIFT, or other channels
• Monitor and prepare daily / weekly / monthly cash flow reports, including credit lines, letters of credit, and financial deals
• Maintain financial control over income and expenses within the cash flow budget
• Prepare treasury and financial reports for internal management, auditors, or the parent company
• Track and report on cash balances across global bank accounts
• Maintain logs of payments, currency conversions, and internal fund transfers
• Calculate and record interest accruals
• Open / close bank accounts and support KYC processes for entities within the group

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 5-6 years of treasury experience, preferably in commodity trading or a similar industry
• Solid understanding of treasury principles, cash flow forecasting, and financial regulations
• Knowledge of banking systems, international payment processes, and compliance standards
• Familiarity with accounting principles and financial reporting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
• Fluency in English is required; Russian is a strong advantage
