Job Summary:

The Treasury Manager oversees the organization’s financial activities related to cash flow, banking, investments, and risk management. The role ensures effective management of financial resources to support operational and strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily cash flow and ensure liquidity across business units.
• Develop and monitor short- and long-term cash flow forecasts.
• Oversee treasury operations including bank accounts, payments, receipts, and intercompany transactions.
• Maintain banking relationships; negotiate terms and fees.
• Manage debt and investment portfolios.
• Implement treasury policies, procedures, and controls.
• Handle bank facilities, loans, foreign exchange risk management, and hedging strategies.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Collaborate with finance, accounting, tax, and legal teams.
• Prepare reports and dashboards for senior management and board.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or CFA preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in treasury, finance, or banking.
• Strong knowledge of cash management and banking practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in multinational or multi-currency environments.
• Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance.
• Experience with ERP systems (Dynamics 365).
