Job summary

ParamInfo seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead Treasury & Global Markets initiatives, focusing on Fixed Income and FX, driving planning, governance, and multi-workstream delivery in a demanding banking environment.

You will coordinate with business, technology, and operations to translate requirements into actionable deliverables, manage risks, and ensure regulatory alignment while promoting change management and automation.

Qualifications

• Strong Project Management experience within Banking Treasury & Global Markets.
• Proven expertise in Fixed Income Products and FX Products.
• Experience delivering complex cross-functional projects and transformation programs.
• Strong Stakeholder Management and communication skills with senior leadership.
• Experience in Business Analysis, requirements gathering, and process mapping.
• Knowledge of Delivery Governance, project controls, and reporting.
• Experience in Change Management and process automation initiatives.
• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Treasury & Global Markets projects from initiation through delivery.
• Drive project planning, scheduling, risk management, and execution governance.
• Coordinate with business, technology, operations, and external stakeholders for successful outcomes.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate to deliverables.
• Track progress, dependencies, risks, and issues with escalation when needed.
• Support Fixed Income and FX initiatives, including transformation and operating model changes.
• Facilitate process improvement and automation across Treasury functions.
• Prepare status reports, governance updates, and presentations for management.
• Ensure alignment with objectives, regulatory requirements, and standards.
• Drive change management activities and user adoption during implementation.
