Synechron in Dubai is seeking an experienced Project Manager – Treasury to lead strategic Treasury initiatives within a regulated financial-services environment. You will own end-to-end delivery from initiation through closure, coordinating across Front Office, Middle Office, Back Office, Risk and Finance, and reporting to SteerCo with dashboards and presentations.

Ideal candidates have 8–12+ years of project management experience in Banking/ Treasury/ Global Markets, with strong governance,

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years of project or programme management experience.
• Banking/ Treasury/ Global Markets/ fintech or regulated financial-services experience.
• End-to-end delivery ownership from initiation through closure.
• Strong project planning, scheduling, tracking, and governance experience.
• RAID, risk, issue, assumption, and dependency management.
• Executive reporting, SteerCo packs, dashboards, and senior presentations.
• Stakeholder management across Front Office, Middle Office, Back Office, Risk, Operations, Finance, Technology, Architecture, Compliance, Legal, and Procurement.
• Vendor, consultant, and third-party coordination.
• Budget, resource, funding, and delivery tracking.
• Understanding of Treasury processing flows, cash and liquidity management, market data, and front-to-back operations.
• Experience with Treasury platforms or related systems such as Bloomberg, LSEG/Refinitiv, Flexcube, FMC, Murex, or Calypso.

Responsabilités

• Lead strategic Treasury and related technology initiatives in a regulated environment.
• Ensure end-to-end project delivery from initiation through closure.
• Provide executive reporting, dashboards, and SteerCo packs.
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders across Front/Middle/Back Office, Risk, Operations, Finance, Technology, and Compliance.

• Exposure to Treasury transformation, platform enhancements, system integrations, PoC/MVP delivery, or innovation-led initiatives
• Strong Excel, PowerPoint, communication, and presentation skills
