Job summary

ADIB - Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank is seeking an Analyst WBG / Treasury Business Finance at Abu Dhabi Head Office to deliver financial analytics, planning and performance management for our businesses. You will produce monthly analyses including budget variance analysis, support cost management, monitor balance sheet movements and provide timely insights to senior management to help achieve financial targets.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in business/finance analytics
• BA in Finance/Accounting or relevant field
• Analytical and financial skills
• Adequate communication skills with strong work ethics
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Balanced attention to detail with swift execution
• Research skills
• Finance qualification (CMA, ACCA, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Assist LM in providing financial analytics, performance management, planning & support to ADIB businesses
• Provide timely business insights to meet financial targets driven by budgets and forecasts
• Produce monthly business analyses including budget variance analysis
• Support a disciplined cost culture with cost intelligence
• Monitor budget/variance, RWA, RoRWA and profitability metrics
• Refresh scorecards and monitor KPIs
• Collaborate with stakeholders to prepare the annual corporate plan
• Review projects and BRDs financial commitments
